Return & Refund Policy

We’re a small studio and each EternaSilk pillow is made in limited runs. To keep our quality high and our standards for cleanliness strict, we can only accept returns on unopened, unused products, except where an item arrives faulty or damaged.

Change-of-mind returns

  • We accept change-of-mind returns on unopened, unused pillows within 14 days of delivery.
  • The pillow must be in its original packaging, with all inserts, tags and protective bags included, and show no signs of use, wear, scent, or damage.
  • Opened pillows, used items, and items with signs of wear (including makeup, body oils, perfume or household odors) cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons.

If you would like to request a return, please email hello@eternasilk.co with your order number within 14 days of delivery. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs for change-of-mind returns. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Faulty, damaged or incorrect items

If your order arrives faulty, damaged in transit, or not what you ordered, please contact us at hello@eternasilk.co within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the issue.

Once we confirm the problem, we will, at our discretion, repair, replace, or refund the item. In these cases, we cover any reasonable return shipping costs or may advise you to dispose of or donate the item instead of returning it.

How refunds are processed

  • After we receive and inspect your return, we’ll email you to confirm approval or rejection.
  • Approved refunds are issued to your original method of payment.
  • Processing times can vary by bank or card issuer, but typically take 5–10 business days once we’ve processed the refund.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions above.
